💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy – Maha Criticon Nagpur 2025
Cancellation by Participant:
- Requests received before 15 October 2025: 75% refund
- Requests received between 16–31 October 2025: 50% refund
- No refunds for cancellations after 01 November 2025
Cancellation by Organizer:
- In case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be issued
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 30 working days
- All requests must be submitted via email to mahacriticon25@gmail.com
